Phase 1: Complete

We are happy to report the completion of Phase 1 of the Commons Redevelopment Project. All the Gospel Publishing Mission evangelistic books and tracts are now housed in a well-designed, climate-controlled facility. Three levels of shelving have been installed and a new walk-behind forklift purchased for maximum utilization of available space. Ample space is also available for FEA and archived materials from our nearly eighty-year history. The old Print Shop building on campus has been removed, making way for the new FEA Ministries headquarters building to be completed in Phase 3.

Phase 2 is well underway!

Planning is complete, and construction of new porches on the Schmul Center and Glen Reiff World Education Center has started. While the porches are being built, Site Planning Engineers are working to transform the Commons parking area into a functional, code-compliant layout with increased parking capacity. We look forward to being able to have these new porches complete in 2026. These entrances will be a blessing for school during the year and also for Sea Breeze Camp.

PHASE 3

GOAL: $2.2 Million

COMPONENTS:

Construction of New FEA Ministries Headquarters

This estimate is based on a construction cost of $250 per/square foot.

OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE PHASE 3 COMPLETED BY THE END OF 2028!

New FEA Ministries Headquarters

Phase 3 will consist of the construction of the new FEA Headquarters building.

Once completed, this building will house the combined offices of Sea Breeze Community, Sea Breeze Camp, and Hope International Missions.

It will also provide an attractive “front door” to our campus.
