Phase 1 is well underway!
A survey of our entire campus has been completed, and preliminary conceptual plans have been developed. The architectural plans for a new storage facility are complete.
Presently FEA Ministries uses the “Old Print Shop” as storage space for evangelistic books developed by our department of literature production and distribution, Gospel Publishing Mission, and other supplies. These evangelistic materials are handed out at large venues such as the Olympics, World Cup, and Biker events.
The planned 1800-square-foot storage facility will be located on an empty lot on the west side of Gomez Avenue. Once the Old Print Shop is emptied, this unsightly and dangerous building will be demolished, clearing the lot for the new FEA Headquarters building to be built during Phase 3 of this project!

New Parking Lot and Traffic Flow
Phase 2 will focus on the completion of the new parking area and improved traffic flow.
This will require the removal of three buildings, including the Post Office, the Presidential Library and a cottage.
New porches will be added to the front of the Schmul Center (dining hall) and the Glen Reiff World Education Center.
Both these buildings face the Commons area, and new porches will significantly improve the appearance of this central area of our campus.
PHASE 3
GOAL: $2.2 Million
COMPONENTS:
Construction of New FEA Ministries Headquarters
This estimate is based on a construction cost of $250 per/square foot.
OUR GOAL IS TO HAVE PHASE 3 COMPLETED BY THE END OF 2028!
